How It Works
Athletes selected for participation enter into formal written agreements with the Collective, which contain objective, measurable volunteer goals and criteria they must achieve during the one-year term of the contract. Each athlete is responsible for tracking and reporting their progress, which is verified by the charities for which they volunteer, and failure to meet stated goals will result in a reduction or elimination of stipends.

Athlete’s Thread is a new custom apparel brand within the NIL space, backed by the experienced team behind Threadly Brand family, which includes Greek House, College Thread, Threadly, and Athlete’s Thread, focused on offering NIL merchandise for every athlete.
